Vitalik Buterin talks about how AI prediction markets can accelerate the development of X Community Notes

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin recently said at the Korea Blockchain Week that AI technology and prediction market mechanisms are expected to speed up the generation of community notes on the X social media platform.

Community notes are an important feature of X, allowing users to add context to potentially misleading posts. But Buterin pointed out that people often have to wait a long time to see these helpful notes appear.

Buterin believes that by using prediction markets, participants can be incentivized to provide accurate community notes faster. AI language models can also be used to assist in this process. This approach not only speeds up the process of finding the truth, but also gives appropriate rewards to contributors who predict the results correctly.

The X community hopes to use cutting-edge technology to make the dissemination of information on the platform more transparent and reliable. We look forward to seeing how Buterin's ideas will further develop X Community Notes in practice.
